Made it to the cabin in Manitou Springs. Start unpacking...queue the horny buck chasing the super tired doe like 5 feet from us. DON'T RAKE MY TRUCK WITH THAT RACK! Beautiful here for sure though.

David Duckworth and I went to see the Titan Missile Museum this afternoon. Pretty neat. Not a lot of social distancing going on lol. They had us packed in pretty good.

Tucson Mountain Park at Gates Pass
So if you Google "stuff to do in southern Arizona that doesn't require a stupid mask" you'll end up going to the ghost town of Ruby, AZ. There used to be about 3000 people here in it's hey day. Bonus... There's a small lake... Pond... Lake. The road in was rough. The road out was really rough lol. On our way out we skirted the Mexico border all the way into Nogales, Mexico. We didn't cross the border. This is part 1 of this post. More pics to follow.

El Charro Carne Seca... Dried beef burrito. How do they dry the beef? I'm glad you asked! They put it in a glass box and hoist it up a pole advice the roof and let the sun do the job. It was delicious by the way.

A leisurely ride up Mt. Lemmon to complete our Tucson visit. Had to snag some of that fudge up at the top of the mountain too lol. Great vistas along the way.
I don't know if there is a better rest stop view than in El Malpais, New Mexico. Neat rocks!
